INFORMATION DOCUMENT FOR THE SUBJECTS FILLING IN THE FORM
“CONTACT REQUEST” PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE EU REGULATION 2016/679
This information document is provided to those who fill out the “CONTACT” form pursuant to art. 13 GDPR 679/16 - “European regulation on the protection of personal data”.
Types of Personal Data processed
The personal data processed are those provided by the data subject when he/she has filled in the “CONTACT” form on the website through which the following data are requested: name, surname, email and telephone number possibly integrated with other data already known to the Data Controller by virtue of previous communications or contacts, ensuring in any case the consistency of the processing.

Purpose of the processing
The personal data of natural persons who have filled in the “CONTACT” form are processed for the purpose of evaluating requests or suggestions received, responding to reports, or providing the requested information.
Legal basis
Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the following conditions of lawfulness of the processing:
- consent of the data subject (art. 6 para. 1 letter a)
Processing methods
The personal data will be processed on paper and electronically, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 concerning safety measures, by specifically appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679.
Refusal to provide data
The interested party may refuse to provide the Data Controller with his personal data since the provision of data is optional, however, the compilation of the fields indicated as mandatory (marked with [*]) is indispensable for obtaining a reply to communications, notifications, requests sent to us; any refusal to grant the data may compromise the success of the contact request.
Possible Data Recipients
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed, or will not be disclosed to undetermined subjects, in any possible form, including making them available or offering simple consultation.
Instead, they can be communicated to the staff of the Onoranze Funeraria Officia Roberto Zega S.r.l. as “authorized persons” and to those who collaborate with it for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
Data transfer
Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union or that meet the contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. In any case, it is understood that the owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the extra-EU data transfer will be in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses envisaged by the European Commission.

The data collected are processed at the Data Controller headquarters.
Data Retention Period
The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary for processing and managing the request received and the data will be subsequently deleted if their storage is not otherwise justified.
Rights of the data subjects
In relation to the processing performed, you are guaranteed the rights referred to in articles 15-22 of the GDPR and, therefore, you can request access to your personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns you or you can oppose their processing, in addition to having the right to the portability of data processed in electronic format.

Withdrawal of consent
With reference to the art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, the interested party can revoke any consent given at any time.

The Data Controller does not carry out any processing on the data consisting of automated decision-making processes.

This information is provided to those who fill out the “WRITE AN OBITUARY” form pursuant to art. 13 GDPR 679/16 - “European regulation on the protection of personal data”.
Types of Personal Data processed
personal data processed are those provided by the data subject when he/she has filled in the “WRITE AN OBITUARY” form on the website through which the following data are requested: email, telephone, name of the deceased, etc., possibly integrated with other data already known to the Data Controller by virtue of previous communications or contacts, ensuring in any case the consistency of the processing.

Purpose of the processing
The purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows:
- publication of the obituary in the selected newspaper on the selected date;
- fulfil the obligations set forth in the tax and accounting fields;
- organizational management of the contractual relationship;
- exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right of a legal defence.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data is carried out based on the following conditions of lawfulness of the processing:
- need to execute the contract of which you are a part, or pre-contractual measures adopted at your request (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b);
- need to fulfil a legal obligation (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c);
- need for the pursuit of legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) to exercise or defend our rights in a court of law (pursuant to Article 6.1. letter f) of the GDPR), on which, we believe, none of your right, interest or fundamental freedom prevails;
Processing methods
The personal data will be processed on paper and electronically, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 concerning safety measures, by specifically appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679.
Consequences of failure to communicate personal data
The provision of data and the relative processing are obligatory in relation to the purposes relating to legal and contractual obligations; it follows that any refusal to provide the data for these purposes may result in the inability of the Data Controller to fulfil the obituary publication request.
The provision of data and the relative processing is to be considered optional in the other cases, without any consequence.
Possible Data Recipients
In relation to the purposes of the processing indicated in the points of the previous paragraph, the data collected, limited to those necessary for the provision of the requested service and related services, may be brought to the knowledge of the subjects or categories of subjects indicated below:
- Companies or professionals that provide companies with administrative and/or tax assistance;
- Companies or professionals that provide companies with legal assistance;
- Newspaper selected at the time of the publication of the obituary;
Furthermore, again in relation to the purposes of the processing indicated above, personal data, limited to those required for the provision of the requested service and related services, may be brought to the knowledge of the following categories of authorized subjects and/or external parties identified in writing and to whom specific written instructions have been given about the processing of data, however authorized by the Data Controller:
- employees of the company as “authorized person”;
- external parties for IT system maintenance;
- external parties for accounting software maintenance;
The complete list of data processors is available upon request, which can be forwarded to the data controller. Your personal data will not in any case be subject to disclosure.

Place of processing
The data collected are processed at the Data Controller headquarters and at servers managed by Danea Soft S.r.l. - TeamSystem group based in Via Diaz, 162 - 35010 Vigonza (Pd) which is the Data Processor, processing the data on behalf of the Data Controller; it is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards.
Data Retention Period
The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the indicated purposes. Subsequently, the personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by the current civil and fiscal provisions (10 years). Beyond this period, personal data will be stored anonymously or destroyed.
Rights of the interested party
In relation to the processing performed, you are guaranteed the rights referred to in articles 15-22 of the GDPR and, therefore, you can request access to your personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns you or you can oppose their processing, in addition to having the right to the portability of data processed in electronic format.
